Summary. Winlet does not collect, transmit, sell, or share any personal data. Everything you enter — your habits, completions, notes, streaks and settings — is stored only on your device. There are no accounts, no identifying analytics, no advertising, and no third-party trackers.
Information we collect
None that leaves your device. Winlet has no servers and does not send your data anywhere. Your habit data is saved locally in an on-device database and never leaves the phone unless you choose to export it.
How your data is stored
All app data is kept in local storage on your device. If you uninstall the app, this data is removed by the operating system. We recommend using the in-app export feature to back up your data before uninstalling or switching devices.
Permissions we use
Notifications: to show the habit reminders you schedule. Reminders are generated and displayed entirely on your device, and you can disable them any time in the app or in Android settings. Winlet does not request access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone, or storage beyond what is needed to save its own data.
Data export and sharing
Winlet lets you export your own data (for example as CSV or JSON) and share it using your device's share sheet. When you do this, you control where the file goes. Winlet does not upload or retain a copy.
Third-party services
Winlet does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or data-collection SDKs. If this changes in a future version (for example, optional cloud backup or crash reporting), this policy will be updated and any such feature will be clearly disclosed and opt-in.
Children's privacy
Winlet is a general-purpose productivity app and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children (or from anyone, since the app collects no data).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated effective date.
